Are you running out of time for Valentine’s presents and ideas? No problem, in the digital era there is certainly an app, or two, for that. Here are my favorites:
Bounden.

If your approach is “Feed the soul and don’t mess up with the diet” then the LovePoems app is the way to go. And I’m not talking about chocolate poetry, this app developed by Mario Guenther-Bruns offers a selection of Emily Dickinson, Edgar Allan Poe, Alexander Pushkin, … yes with this you’ll never be at loss for words to charm your beloved’s soul.

Of course, there is a plethora of apps for last minute Valentine’s cards, one of the best is Cupid booth. Snap a selfie, go crazy with love-themed decorations, add a message, press send, and also this year you made it just in time!
[su_divider top=”no” style=”dotted” divider_color=”#f979dd”]But let’s be truthful, I’ve never been much into this artificial celebration of love, and I’ve never liked sugary stuff literally and figuratively. Therefore my favorite Valentine’s card supplier couldn’t be anyone else but Someecards Valentine collection where I find several fun, caustic, cards that I can share, albeit not always publicly. Finally, what if Cupid hasn’t struck yet? The web is full of dating apps buzzing all-year-round, one of the most advanced, and in my view creepiest, is Crowded Room. I said advanced, because if the mobile revolution is all about socializing, profiling and localizing the this app is the perfect tool for love in the digital era: discover and meet strangers in the vicinity who are matching your interests and profile. Amazing how in a handful of years, technology has turned upside down millenary mores. I can see a few Valentines from now digital shirts will glow in the same pattern when a potential date is close by.
As far as I’m concerned I wish to enjoy the magic of Love and its mysterious ways while they last! Happy Digital Valentine’s day!
